The airline desires the personal bankruptcy judge to guideline that it can end the benefits as a way to cut costs in sound business judgment. American says it under no circumstances promised advantages to last the retirees’ entire lives, and it reserved the proper to change the huge benefits plan .Terms of the Merger Agreement Under the terms of the merger agreement, AGT Biosciences, with main shareholders Charter Pacific Corporation Merck-Sante , Queensland Investment Company , will acquire all the issued shares of ChemGenex Therapeutics through the issuance of approximately 28 million regular shares of AGT Biosciences to the shareholders of ChemGenex Therapeutics. The transaction is expected to close by mid June, 2004, subject to the authorization of the shareholders of AGT Biosciences.
