On Wednesday, March 6, the Brevard DEC Steering Committee voted to support Space Coast Pride 2013. This is the third year the Brevard Democrats have been a sponsor of the event, one of the biggest pride festivals in Florida.

In addition to supporting equality efforts in Brevard with their sponsorship, the Democrats will register voters and enroll attendees to vote by mail at the event on May 26th.

Brevard Democrats were proud to be part of the 4th Annual Black History/Stop the Violence Extravaganza hosted by the South Brevard NAACP in Palm Bay. The event featured a variety of cultural music and art coupled with talks and presentations on issues of civil rights and political engagement.
